Benson's is the BEST bagel spot. I've been going for years and their bagels have always been perfect. The cheddar bagel and the hazelnut ice coffee are ICONIC.

Picked up 1/2 dozen homeade bagels with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagels are fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor is good and they are just as great the day after! Cream cheese was just ok, I actually didn't care for the flavor, so I'll stick to just the bagels next time.

Best bagel sandwiches all around. Variety of options and food taste fresh. Sandwiches are a good size and fills well. So many great sandwiches with creative style and I love that they this breakfast spot also got non pork options like turkey bacon to throw on my egg and cheese. My go 2 sandwiches that I love are the Benson special steak egg and cheese which, comes topped with a hash brown right in the sandwich and the Novalox sandwich which is your choice of bagel with salmon, cream cheese and other toppings that I suggest you go out and try. Glad they extended into CT but only bad thing is there are only 2 locations and both are too far away from me to really enjoy more frequently but anytime I'm in Springfield or close to Enfield I make sure to grab me a bite. Its a True staple buisness with good service. A must try if you haven't.

Went around 8:30 on a saturday morning. We ordered the blueberry pancakes, a cheese bagel with sausage and cheese and a western omelette. I ordered, then waited a while, it started to fill up with people, probably 20 people waiting for their food by the time i got mine, but service was fast and friendly- a regular told me get in line to pay before i got my food so i didn’t have to wait once it was finished, glad i did because the line was long by the time i got my food. The bagel sandwich was delicious and cooked perfectly. They had baked goods that we didn’t try but looked fresh and delicious. The stuff that could be better: The omelette was good except there was an overload of ham in it, which i’m sure others might like and the pancakes were thick with a good amount of blueberries but overcooked. The hallway to the bathroom and bathroom weren’t super clean. Overall this was a good spot for a fairly quick, very friendly pre game breakfast!

Got my order to-go! Benson's Bagels is the best place to get a quick breakfast or lunch meal! Update: every time I'm in Springfield, I go to Benson's Bagels! I usually get the Egg and Cheese on a cheese variety bagel. This time I got the 3 Cheese Bagel. So good!
